A small, two-court facility with shared tennis/pickleball striping — bring your own net, since none is installed. It isn't part of the city's official pickleball lineup, so it flies under the radar. The courts are officially listed as lighted, but the lights don't actually work — copper-wire theft the city has declined to repair — so plan on daytime play only. The courts also tend to collect pine needles from the nearby trees.

Concord's own pickleball page lists exactly one site — Willow Pass Community Park, 14 courts, free and open 8am-10pm with a maintenance close every Wednesday 12-1pm — and Pine Hollow is not on it. The city's facility page for Pine Hollow lists "Two tennis courts (Lighted)" with no hours and no pickleball entry, so play here is unofficial on dual-striped tennis courts. Treat it as daylight-only despite that "lighted" label: the lights are out and the city has not repaired them, so nothing supports evening play here.
