- Courts are open sunrise to sunset, or 8am-10pm at lighted courts, 365 days a year, per the City of Menlo Park's Racquet Sport Court Usage Policy (rev. November 2025) — Kelly Park is one of the four lighted sites, so 8am-10pm is the window here. The same policy makes play first-come first-served barring reservations, and reserves the city's right to close any court at any time for safety, cleaning, maintenance or its own programmes.
